With effect 6th April 2006 all new dwellings require an SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) calculation as a measurable assessment of the buildings energy performance.

These guidelines have been introduced to ensure the U.K complies with E.U guidelines and have been introduced as part L of the National Building Regulations.

RATT can provide SAP 2005 calculations for submission to Building Control using accredited software tested by BRE and approved by CLG at the most competitive prices.

We undertake to provide clients with ‘peace of mind’ and the confidence that calculations are promptly and professional managed to meet your building deadlines with the minimal of disruption to your project. To that end we offer two levels of service:

‘Emergency’ SAP service
A turnaround of 72 working hours for SAP 2005

‘Standard’ SAP service
7-14 days service

Both calculations come with;

• 14 page detailed report
• Additional copy for building control officer/approved inspector
• Useful advice as to how a bet achieve a ‘pass’ rating
